What does an emergency call out cost?
Pricing for emergency work is the same as our regular business hours pricing. We have an after-hours service fee that will be charged by the on-call plumber before they make their way to you. The service fee is applied to cover the overtime payment that is required to be paid to our employees. Once our plumber has viewed the issue, they will give you options and upfront pricing for the work required. Please call our on-call plumber to discuss.
How do you qualify for no call-out fee?
We will remove the call-out fee on jobs that take longer than 3 hours (during regular business hours only). Call us today to arrange a plumber to attend and assess the problem, and provide you with an upfront price for the works required.
How do I pay for the works?
Payment is made to the plumber upon completion of the works. We accept credit card and cash payments. If paying by credit card the bank charges a small transaction surcharge and for safety, we do not carry change if paying by cash.
